The core of Fine Gaels proposals is to provide proper competition in the bus market in Dublin and across Ireland by allowing both CIE and private operators to bid for bundles of bus routes. Fine Gaels Irish Transport Authority (ITA) will develop a national transport strategy, and allocate route bundles on the basis of competitive tendering
